These terms cover the sites run by Colvos Labs. Write to inquiry@colvoslabs.com with any question.
A Colvos report is a research aid compiled from public records. It is not a determination by any county, city or health department, and it is not a consumer report. Each fact links to the office that holds the record and shows when we read it. Records can be wrong or out of date: confirm anything you rely on with the office that keeps it.
Pierce County provides its map data as is, with all faults, and does not warrant it or take responsibility for how it is used. Nothing on these sites is a county decision about land development, permitting or flood hazards.
We record how these sites are used: pages and buttons, the area you are in (from your connection), your device type, and a coded stand-in for your IP address instead of the address itself. If you sign up with your email, we connect it to the reports you opened so we can follow up; if you send us a question, we keep your email to reply. We do not sell any of it.
